Michael Koch expands management
Since the beginning of the year, Fabian Hofmann has been part of the management of Michael Koch GmbH as Managing Director
The previous authorized signatory assumes overall responsibility for all operational areas of the company.
The managing partners Christine Lieber-Koch, HR and finance, and Michael Koch, spokesman for the management and the areas of strategy and marketing, see great potential in this expansion and the direct support from Hofmann, who has gained a lot of experience in his previous area of responsibility in the company and earned it.
“Challenges can be mastered better in close teamwork,” explains Koch. "With Fabian Hofmann on the management board, we can approach our tasks in a focused manner and also have clear future prospects overall." At the same time as Hofmann was appointed, the Kochs gave power of attorney to Tobias Stengel, Head of Technology & Logistics, and Nikolaos Stamogiannis, Head of Purchasing. “Our employees need freedom and scope to fulfill their tasks. Now we have sensibly spread the responsibilities over several shoulders," adds Lieber-Koch.
