Piezo System 6D-Nanocube

The 6D NanoCube from Physik Instrumente (PI) is a 6DoF piezo system for high-precision alignment of optical components and fibers, offering subnanometer resolution for photonics and silicon photonics applications.

Through algorithmic search and machine learning, the system finds coupling peaks in less than a second, significantly boosting efficiency and throughput.

Its compact design integrates easily into different setups, for example, as a turnkey component in wafer or production probers. A suitable controller and powerful software ensure flexible integration into a wide range of applications and optimal customization according to specific process requirements.
