At VISION Stuttgart from October 6 to 8, 2026, Allied Vision invites the visitors to experience what seamless integration means in practice: a comprehensive integrated product range, compatible product sets, harmonised software and interfaces, and one support channel across the entire chain. Live demonstrations will showcase how these technologies come together in real-world applications, such as PCB and wafer inspection, drone applications, packaging inspection, sorting and code and text reading.
Experiencing seamless integration:
- At VISION 2026 Allied Vision is launching the new Camtastic camera platform. Camtastic GigE cameras deliver superior machine vision performance through a leading GigE Vision platform, ensuring seamless integration and rapid design-in within Allied Vision’s comprehensive GigE ecosystem, including compatible cost-effective 2/3“, 1.1“ and 1.2” lenses as well as new Allied Vision GigE Network Interface Cards. Engineered for reliability and precision in a sugarcube format housing with advanced heat cooling, they provide exceptional image quality, delivering increased resolution at higher frame rates.
- 100GigE Vision is rapidly becoming the new standard for high-end machine vision driven by higher sensor resolutions, faster frame rates, and multi-camera systems. As one of the first image processing experts, Allied Vision has developed a comprehensive, compatible 100 GigE product portfolio: ranging from high-resolution cameras with a 100 GigE interface (FXO 100GigE and HR 100GigE) to accessories such as transceiver modules and cables, all the way to the corresponding network interface card (Allied Vision Interface Card 100GigE 2-Port QSFP28, with RoCE v2. Compatible Allied Vision lenses are also available. Depending on the application task different bundles of eVision libraries can be tested using the eVision Studio and later be combined with the image pre-processing capabilitis of the cameras.
- Allied Vision’s CXP-12 product portfolio combines compact FXO CXP-12 cameras with high-bandwidth Coaxlink CXP-12 frame grabbers to deliver a robust, scalable inspection platform with simplified design-in and dependable performance. In semiconductor inspection for example, high-resolution FXO CXP-12 cameras deliver high resolution and optimized image quality to reveal the smallest defects while the Coaxlink Quad CXP‑12 ensures extremely stable, high-speed data transfer.
- With the release of Alecs VSWIR, Allied Vision’s open smart camera is available with Sony’s SenSWIR Sensor technology with a spectral range of 400 – 1700 nm. By integrating Sony’s full SenSWIR sensor family with NVIDIA Jetson Orin processing in a rugged IP67 housing, Allied Vision delivers edge-based VSWIR intelligence in a single industrial device for the first time.
- Together with the cameras Allied Vision is offering a comprehensive set of compatible accessories, such as Allied Vision SWIR C-Mount lenses, a lens tube with an advanced coating for improved transmission of the entire wavelength range of IMX99X sensors, I/O and power cables. Moreover, Alecs includes a 30-day trial license for all eVision Libraries, including deep learning functionality. Customers can test and design their application for free in eVision Studio. They can then copy the code into Alecs and run the application free of charge for one month before purchasing only the specific eVision library licences they need.
