Modular automation cell for camera-based part feeding and marking with AI-supported data processing

The presented automation solution combines a flexible, high-dynamic linear transfer system with camera-based robot handling and integrated AI data processing. Parts are fed with high variant flexibility, gripped in the correct orientation, transported and clearly marked in continuous flow. A central HMI enables quick product changeovers and parameter adjustments. The integration of a Learning Factory 4.0 demonstrates how production and accompanying data are captured, evaluated and directly transferred into the marking process.
