Vanderlande takes over Siemens Logistics

The transaction is expected to increase customer value through access to advanced technologies, improved global presence and synergies in technology development. Vanderlande sees great growth potential in the automated logistics market, particularly in the area of ​​airport automation, as demand for efficient systems increases.

Andrew Manship, CEO of Vanderlande, emphasizes that Siemens Logistics' innovative approaches and robust business model fit well with Vanderlande's vision. The acquisition is expected to offer customers a broader range of solutions and services.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close in 2025.
