Prima Industrie announces new CEO

Following the closing operation by Femto Technologies, a new board of directors has been elected and Giovanni Negri has been appointed as the new CEO of Prima Industrie.

Giovanni Negri is the new CEO of Prima Industrie. He has a degree in management engineering and a master in business administration from the Politecnico di Milano. Since November 2018 Negri has been CEO of CMS, a company specialized in the production of numerically controlled multi-axis machining centers. Previously he held, both in Germany and Italy, several positions of increasing responsibility in SCM Group, Porsche Consulting and Siemens.

The former CEO Ezio Basso will remain on the board of directors and will actively cooperate with Giovanni Negri ensuring an effective handover in the group.
