Together with Michael Mitezki and Bodo Huber, he designs the strategy and further development of the Mainz based company. Marcus Lickes has been with Phytec for 26 years. As a co-founder of the steering committee, he made a significant contribution to Phytec's success and was head of research and development until his appointment to the management board. Marc Dzierzawa, previously group leader in development, will take on this position. Phytec is thus following its strategy of promoting talent within the company and filling management positions from within its own ranks.

Both personnel decisions were planned and prepared for in the long term. In doing so, the family company is taking account of its strategy of promoting talent within its own ranks and thus being able to fill important positions internally.
