Since June 1, 2023, the former business unit manager is the new director business unit cooling of Glen Dimplex Deutschland for Riedel Kooling in the regions Europe, Middle East and Africa and leads the teams in sales, service and solutions, finance, marketing and communication, development and production. He also ensures synergies within the precision cooling division at the sites in Germany (Kulmbach), USA (Kalamazoo), and China (Shenyang).
“With Oliver Blume, we were able to win back a highly experienced SHK industry expert for Glen Dimplex. As a former business unit manager, he knows our company very well. We are sure that he will give our Riedel Kooling division strong impulses and continue to dynamically expand it together with his team,” emphasizes managing director Clemens Dereschkewitz.
Blume is a qualified industrial clerk, studied business administration and languages at the universities of Paderborn and Stockholm and has twenty years of practical experience in the sanitary, heating and air conditioning industry.He was active in the areas of marketing, product management, and sales, and also worked internationally in various EU countries – more than 15 years of which in management positions at global companies such as Stiebel Eltron, among others. From 2018 to 2021, he headed the heating and ventilation business unit at the Glen Dimplex group. Since 2021, Blume has worked as an independent management consultant and coach.
