Mark Williamson: Responsible for Market Development

Mark Williamson, former Sales & Marketing Director of the british subsidiary of Stemmer Imaging, has been appointed to the position of Director Corporate Market Development from January 1st, 2011.

In the new role, Williamson is responsible for the evaluation, definition and implementation of the corporate product and market strategy across all Stemmer Imaging companies. The appointment of Mark Williamson also paved the way for Steve Hearn who has been promoted to the role of Director of Sales at Stemmer Imaging in the UK.

In France, Christophe Moreau has been appointed to the position of Managing Director of Stemmer Imaging S.A.S. in Suresnes near Paris, starting his new position on January 1st, 2011. Formerly holding the position of the Vice President of the French subsidiary Stemmer Imaging S.A.S., he succeeded Mithridate Mahmoudi, who left the company at the end of 2010.

Williamson said: "In November 2010, Stemmer Imaging started a strategic planning process to ensure that the Group continues to deliver not only the best service to our customers but also to ensure that we offer the best of new vision technologies into the many emerging markets where vision has potential". "Our ethos of delivering competitive advantage to our customers is central to this initiative", he continued. "Given the importance of this approach, the Group felt that it warranted a new position within the organization to spearhead these activities, and I am delighted to have been given this responsibility".
