ITIS Holding buys Vitronic
The Vitronic Group is to be taken over by ITIS Holding. ITIS is a company of the PPF Group, an international investment company.
The Vitronic Group announced the planned acquisition by ITIS Holding, a PPF Group company. This alliance is expected to bring growth to the company and also reinforces both partners' commitment to innovation and world-class services tailored to customers' needs and offering a wide range of solutions. The completion of the transaction is subject to review by the antitrust authorities in Germany and other countries. The parties have decided not to disclose the financial parameters of the transaction.
