This addition enables customers to conveniently purchase components for scientific image processing via the Edmund Optics online store. The partnership expands the existing offering beyond machine vision and addresses the increasing demand for precise, low-light data acquisition in life science and research applications.

Teledyne Photometrics' cameras are specifically designed for quantitative scientific imaging, enabling researchers and OEM system developers to reliably capture low-light signals even in challenging environments. John McGuire of Edmund Optics emphasizes the importance of this partnership, which reflects a strong technical and strategic fit between the two companies and provides customers with access to high-performance imaging systems from a single source.
