Edmund Optics appoints Judy Kelley as new Chief Human Resources Officer
She succeeds Jeanne Davie, who retired after several years in this role

Kelley brings extensive experience from global HR leadership positions in the life sciences and finance industries, including in the areas of talent strategy, organizational development and transformation processes.
In her new role, she is responsible for the further expansion of a global, employee-oriented corporate culture and supports the organization in growth and change phases. The HR department thus remains a central lever for the strategic direction of the company, particularly in light of the dynamic development of the photonics industry.
Edmund Optics employs over 1,300 people at 19 locations and addresses life sciences, biomedicine, semiconductor manufacturing, industrial inspection and R&D, among others. The company combines a comprehensive catalog standard with customer-specific production of precision optics and image processing components.
