Contract extension and management change at Sick
The Supervisory Board of Sick has extended the contract of CEO Dr. Mats Gökstorp by five years.
Dr. Gökstorp, CEO since 2021 and a member of the Executive Board since 2013, will continue to play a key role in the company's strategy. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Dr. Robert Bauer, praised his valuable contributions and expressed confidence in his future leadership. At the same time, Feng Jiao has resigned from his position as Chief Sales Officer for personal reasons and will focus on strategic business development in China.
Markus Scaglioso, a seasoned industrial engineer with 18 years of experience at Sick, will take over as Chief Sales & Service Officer. Scaglioso brings extensive knowledge in sales and marketing and will focus on adapting to the changing market requirements. Dr. Bauer praised Jiao for his commitment and welcomed Scaglioso as a new leader.
