Bayern Kapital sells its stake in Extend3D

Successful exit: Bayern Kapital has sold its shares in Extend3D together with the invested business angels and the founders to Atlas Copco.

The Munich industrial tech startup develops mobile and dynamic augmented reality projection systems for industrial use. Bayern Kapital participated in the Munich company for the first time in 2012 in the first round of financing and continued to support Extend3D in subsequent financing rounds after the seed round. "The many years of cooperation with the founders and our co-investors have always been constructive and characterized by mutual respect," comments Monika Steger, Managing Director of Bayern Kapital.
