High-resolution cameras and AI algorithms detect cultures and anomalies with 99 percent precision, starting from 0.1 mm², in under 5 seconds. The modular system is available as a manual inspection station, semi-automated with a cobot, or as a fully automated machine. The GMP & 21 CFR Part 11 compliant, fully validatable and qualifiable (IQ/OQ) system guarantees complete, audit-proof traceability via a barcode/LIMS interface. The result: 100 percent reproducibility with 90 percent time savings. VMT is thereby setting the new AI standard for life science production.
