In the event of a displayed error in the drive, the user only has to enter the error code displayed by the inverter into the app and it immediately shows the associated cause, along with useful information on how to solve the problem.

In addition, in the event that the problem is more complex, the new app provides contact information for the knowledgeable Bonfiglioli support team, which allows the user to contact the Bonfiglioli drive experts to resolve the problem immediately. The app also contains an FAQ area to facilitate the daily use of Bonfiglioli inverters. The app can be used for the Bonfiglioli frequency inverters and servo drive series Agile, Active, Active Cube and Active Next Generation. The Drive Diagnostics app is available for iOS and Android and is free of charge.
