Quick dimensioning tool for drive solution

The display of three concrete product suggestions minimizes the complexity of the selection. In Cymex Select, the company's entire relevant transmission portfolio is available. In addition, a large number of commercially available motors can also be included in the design.

Entering the maximum output torque and the maximum output speed of an application - optionally supplemented by the specification of a specific motor - is enough to show the user three suitable alternatives from more than 50,000 possible gearboxes and variants: a recommendation, a performance and a price option. Designers can quickly and without prior knowledge of the portfolio find suitable gearboxes for a prototype machine within seconds - and project planners immediately receive an estimated cost range for the gearbox solution. The user can use a bar view to get an overview of the specific suitability of the gearbox suggestions for his application in up to six categories. If necessary, he can view further detailed information on capacity utilization and assumptions in the calculation. In addition, Cymex Select offers the possibility of identifying technically and economically related alternatives to the suggestions by changing input parameters, which are displayed directly in a new result.
