Combined with Olympus scanners and sensors, this phased array ultrasonic inspection (PAUT) solution optimizes manufacturing processes. From acquisition to analysis, this system saves time by instantly transferring inspection data from the OmniScan X3 to the computer running WeldSight. WeldSight software has dedicated weld analysis tools and application-specific data displays to streamline display validation.
To facilitate defect visualization and orientation, especially for welds in large inspection parts with complex geometries, the WeldSight software provides a comprehensive picture of the weld, inspectors can merge different inspection files to view the display in detail from all sides. For even more flexibility with the inspection plan, WeldSight software also offers an integrated ES BeamTool option that includes parameters for manufacturing standards and for various weld and inspection part properties.
