Miniature Zoom Lens

Available from Resolve Optics are a range of miniature f/2.8 colour zoom lenses (type 207) that match the resolution offered by high quality colour CCTV cameras. Measuring only 50 x 34 x 31 mm the type 207 range are probably the smallest stand-alone zoom lens currently commercially available. The high-performance 6–18 mm f/2.8 zoom lenses are designed for use with single chip 1/2’’ and 1/3’’ CCTV cameras in a variety of applications including broadcast TV, Industrial Inspection Systems, Unmanned Vehicles, Industrial Control Systems, Robotics, Scientific Analysis and Surveillance systems. A novel feature of the lenses is that they can focus down onto objects that are very close to the lens. They can focus on an object at infinity right down to an object positioned just 35 mm in front of the lens.
