Measurement software with a new look

The operation is now based on established Microsoft Windows and Office standards and thus enables an intuitive entry into computer-aided measurement technology.

With the OS Manager, measurement data, for example at the end of a shift, can be transferred to the PC in order to archive them. The measurement data is thus securely and permanently documented - and one of the main requirements of modern coating companies is thus met. In addition, calibrations are organized in no time at all. In this way, users can easily create a new application for combinations of coating and substrate.

The OS Manager can also assess measured values directly as a line diagram. On the right, the important key data of the measurement can be read clearly and at a glance. On the left, key figures such as the minimum and maximum measured value, mean value and standard deviation are clearly displayed. The tolerance bands are set in the lower area and the number of outliers, i.e. measured values outside the tolerance, are displayed.
