Inspection objectives and industrial microscope systems

Excelitas Technologies

Excelitas Technologies and Qioptiq will present their latest products and system solutions in the fields of inspection lenses and industrial microscopy at Vision 2021 at booth 10-G44.

The Optem Fusion and mag.x system 125 microscope systems have been specially developed for easy integration into machines and systems. This makes them suitable for automated inspection procedures in industry and biomedicine. All components, including illumination, zoom and control, are precisely matched. Both systems deliver microscopic resolutions and very good imaging performance. Optem Fusion is designed for flexibility and modularity, while the mag.x system 125 features high resolution down to the submicrometer range for large area sensors.

Another focal point at the booth will be the range of Linos inspection lenses for machine vision - including, in particular, the growing selection of high-resolution lenses for large area and long line sensors. For example, the new lens in the Linos Machine Vision Lenses range, the Linos d.fine HR 2.4/128 3.33x, supports area sensors up to 151 MP and pixel sizes of 3.5 µm. This inspection lens can be used with both area and line scan cameras. For area cameras an area scan module is available and for line scan applications it is possible to realize coaxial illumination via a beam splitter prism.
