Individual wiring harnesses

The overmoulded connectors from Escha can be combined into cable harnesses that are accurate to the centimeter, which makes the work of assemblers much easier and faster. A large number of different markings and printings make it possible to label cables. This makes assignment easier and also helps to reduce installation time.

In many applications, individual connectors are no longer installed, but ready-made cable harnesses. Classic examples of this are wind turbines or the railway industry. For example, Escha manufactures cable harnesses for wind turbines with a total length of over 18 meters. In the railway industry, the variance is very high because individual cable harnesses are often required due to the different specifications for individual wagons. Wiring harnesses offer many advantages over multiple lines: They require less space and can be installed more easily and quickly.
