Gocator: 3D Sensors for Factory Automation

LMI Technologies has introduced a family of high performance yet easy to use 3D sensors for factory automation called Gocator.

Gocator is designed to make 3D measurement and control for factory automation accessible to all levels of expertise from the power user, with years of experience using 3D sensors, to the process control technologist, who has not yet applied 3D technology yet sees the value for their factory, and everyone in between.

The Gocator connects over Ethernet to common web browsers to display a full-featured GUI used for set up and operation. A built-in suite of measurement tools provides a rapid solution for feature measurement with no custom programming required. Each feature has pass / fail results that can be output to your existing control system. Once set up the GUI displays all information in real time including 3D profiles, measurements, pass/fail results, and more.

With no need for external controllers or additional software to download, the Gocator's built-in features get you to a complete 3D measurement solution fast saving both time and money.
