Eines Systems: Quality Assurance System Eines Rim Surface Inspector (Ersi)

The Eines Rim Surface Inspector (Ersi) is a fully automatic inline inspection system powered by Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning.

It detects surface defects smaller than 1 mm on rims, including the inner areas of spokes, within seconds. Using specialized cameras, advanced lighting, and multi-angle image acquisition during rim rotation, Ersi identifies all defect types with high reliability and repeatability. Its intuitive interface enables fast teaching of new rim models. The system ensures OEM-level finish quality for Tier 1 manufacturers through immediate feedback and real-time quality control.
