This suite minimizes programming times for coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) and addresses the shortage of skilled workers by increasing user-friendliness. Manufacturers in the automotive, aerospace and mechanical engineering industries benefit from the reduction in programming times and the automation of measurement processes. The suite synchronizes digital twins of CMMs with their physical counterparts and integrates all quality data into a cloud dashboard.
A standardized web interface simplifies operation and reduces training costs. The suite supports existing Hexagon CMMs and plans to integrate third-party hardware. Initial users such as Paragon Medical report increased efficiency and uniform quality assurance. Future developments should further simplify data processing.
