Coherent: Laser Line Generators for Machine Vision

The Coherent Lasiris portfolio offers a broad range of highly uniform laser line generators and other structured light lasers for Machine Vision. These line generators incorporate a special lens that eliminates the typical Gaussian distribution, resulting in highly uniform laser lines with homogeneity down to ± 5%.

The Lasiris SNF laser is available at wavelengths from 405-830 nm and optical powers up to 200 mW. Other Lasiris laser products include the Lasiris Mini, a ultra-compact laser delivering up to 50 mW, GLL-series green lasers and PowerLine and Magnum products delivering up to 2 and 7 W, respectively. As well as lines, a large variety of optical patterns such as parallel lines, circles and grids are also available.

All lasers are focusable and protected from ESD, over-temperature and reverse polarity. These lasers are rugged, are designed for shock and vibration resistance, and can be controlled by external digital or analog signals. Most of them come with a 2-year warranty and enviable reputation for lifetime earned by more than 50,000 lasers deployed in industrial environments.

In Germany, Austria and Switzerland, Lasiris products are now available directly from Coherent European Field Operations Headquarter in Dieburg, Germany, improving overall responsiveness and support.
