Certified drylin toothed belt axis with ESD protection

The drylin toothed belt axis ZLW ES EX from igus® provides our customers with reliable protection against electrostatic discharge. All relevant components (toothed belt, plain bearing assemblies and guides) are made of conductive materials and are certified by the ESD Academy in accordance with IEC 61340 5 1:2024. 

This increases process reliability in automation, assembly and test systems and helps to reduce downtime. The stainless steel components and maintenance-free iglidur® X plain bearings ensure a long service life and clean operation. As with all our linear axes, the ZLW ES EX toothed belt axis is lubrication-free and offers a future-proof solution for ESD-critical automation processes.
