The takeover follows the planned closure of enders and integrates an experienced development team in order to strengthen the company's own expertise in system development and mechanical engineering. TQ is thus setting an example for Germany as an electronics location and expanding its development and production capacities. The focus is on holistic system development, which includes mechanics, software and electronics. This enables TQ to realize more customer orders and own products and to expand its product range.

The acquisition supports TQ's claim to offer innovative electronics services "Engineered and Made in Germany" and to consolidate its position among the top 3 EMS companies in Germany. Managing Director Rüdiger Stahl emphasizes the importance of securing know-how in the region and increasing the company's clout in development.
