Dr Mathias Schindler brings extensive experience to his role as COO, where he will manage production, purchasing, logistics, information technology, real estate, and quality assurance. Guided by the principle “making ideas visible”, Mathias and his team aim to drive operational efficiency and innovation across the company's diverse functions.

Fabian Uhl will be responsible for the group's finances, including accounting, financial planning and control, and corporate contract review.
