Stemmer Imaging raises earnings forecast for 2022

Against the backdrop of the preliminary figures and based on visibility for the fourth quarter of 2022, Stemmer Imaging is concretizing its revenue guidance and raising its earnings forecast. The company now expects sales of between 150 and 156 million euros, which is at the upper end of the previously forecast range of 143 to 156 million euros.

The expected stronger increase in sales in the second half of the year compared to the first will have a positive impact on the operating result. Therefore, Stemmer Imaging now expects an operating result (EBITDA) of between 24 and 27.5 million euros for the full year 2022, which is above the previous forecast of 19 to 24 million euros.

Revenue and profit in Q3 2022

Sales in the third quarter increased by 18.3 percent to 40.6 million euros. Operating profit (EBITDA) increased by 63 percent to 7.4 million euros.

In the first nine months of 2022, sales thus increased by 15.4 percent year-on-year to 113 million euros. The operating result (EBITDA) increased by 50 percent to EUR 18.7 million in the same period.
