Lapp Group takes over JJ-Lapp completely

JJ-Lapp will now become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Group, with financial details remaining confidential

This acquisition, the largest in Lapp's history, includes the remaining 50 percent of the shares. JJ-Lapp, founded in 2004, has established itself as a provider in Southeast Asia, with locations in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. Its markets include building infrastructure, industrial automation and renewable energies.

Matthias Lapp, CEO of the LAPP Group, emphasizes the strategic importance of the acquisition for growth in a dynamic economic region. Richard Lee, CEO Asia Pacific at Lapp, sees the acquisition as a strategic partnership to accelerate innovation.
