According to the companies' spokespeople, this collaboration combines SEW-Eurodrive's drive technology expertise with TTTech Digital Solutions' digital competence in real-time control and automation. Ubique offers functions such as real-time motion control, cyber security and Edge/IIoT. The integration creates an open, scalable system that offers machine builders flexible automation solutions.

Users gain access to the MOVI-C modular automation system and geared motor solutions. Ubique supports the transition to the "software-defined factory" and guarantees safety in accordance with IEC62443. Early adopters will benefit from edge functionality and remote monitoring, while a common roadmap will develop standardized automation packages. The solution will also be available for retrofit applications.
