Rauscher Now also Offers Filters from Midopt

Imaging distributor adds Midwest Optical Systems (Midopt) filters and optical solutions to its portfolio.

The products of the American manufacturer are specially developed for the requirements of industrial image processing and enable reliable results and high image quality when examining test objects. All filters are designed for long-term use and withstand harsh environments. They take into account a Gaussian transmission curve, enabling transmission and adaptation to common LED wavelengths, as well as low angular dependence.

"Midopt filters are used in numerous industries worldwide, including factory automation, traffic monitoring, medical and life sciences, agricultural inspection, motion analysis, security applications, and many more. We are delighted about the new partnership with this established manufacturer, whose extensive range of products will help to further optimize our customers' image processing systems," said Rauscher managing directors Raoul Kimmelmann and Thomas Miller.
