New Sales Manager EMEA at Lapp

Previously, he had been in charge of EMEA sales on an interim basis since June 2025. Van de Noort brings experience from his time at international companies such as GE and ABB. Since joining Lapp in 2015, he was responsible for Western European sales before taking on the CSO EMEA role.

Matthias Lapp, CEO of the Lapp Group, emphasizes the importance of van de Noort's customer focus and market knowledge in strengthening the company's position. Van de Noort himself sees his role as driving growth in the EMEA region and providing customers with the best possible service, with a clear focus on market needs.
