Motek/Bondexpo 2026 Attracts Over 6,000 Trade Visitors to Stuttgart
Over the course of three days, 152 exhibitors showcased solutions for industrial manufacturing. For the first time, the trade show took place concurrently with Vision and EFX in the immediately adjacent halls.

Motek/Bondexpo 2026 came to a close with 6,385 trade visitors. From October 6 to 8, 152 exhibitors presented solutions for production and assembly automation as well as adhesive technology in Hall 6 at Messe Stuttgart. This year marked the 43rd edition of Motek and the 18th edition of Bondexpo.
A new feature this year was the simultaneous hosting of additional technology trade shows. Vision occupied the neighboring Halls 8 and 10, while the new EFX—Expo for Electronics Manufacturing—took place in Hall 9. This allowed visitors to easily explore topics ranging from production automation to image processing and electronics manufacturing all in one place.
According to the organizer, exhibitors particularly appreciated the combination of Motek/Bondexpo and Vision. Several companies reported receiving concrete project inquiries and engaging in technical discussions. Exhibitors included Mafu, Maddox AI, Vision4quality, and Asyril, among others.
The topics of the events also overlapped in terms of content. The Motek/Bondexpo lecture forum featured presentations on topics such as artificial intelligence in image processing, AI-supported inspection methods, digital worker guidance, and the use of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) in outdoor settings.
Asyril, a supplier of feeding technology, noted a rising demand for solutions for small batch sizes combined with a wide variety of product variants. There is also demand for systems that can be integrated into existing facilities without requiring extensive expert knowledge.
Motek/Bondexpo is held every two years. The next edition is scheduled for October 24–26, 2028, in Stuttgart.
