Jumo focuses on sustainability and energy efficiency

This underscores the company's long-standing commitment to environmental protection. Managing Director Dr. Steffen Hoßfeld emphasizes that environmental protection has been part of the company's philosophy for over 30 years. The new Sensilo plant uses state-of-the-art technologies such as geothermal energy and photovoltaics to maximize energy efficiency and avoid fossil fuels.

Jumo has been ISO 14001 certified since 1999 and is committed to the UN Global Compact and other environmental initiatives. The company pursues the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals and integrates them into its business objectives. Matthias Raab emphasizes that JUMO identifies relevant ecological, social, and economic challenges through its double materiality analysis and acts responsibly.
