Isra Vision cancels annual general meeting
Hesse bans major events because of coronavirus
Camera manufacturer Isra Vision from Darmstadt is cancelling its annual general meeting scheduled for March 17, 2020. The new date is 27 April 2020. The reason for the postponement is an ordinance of the Hessian state government to combat coronavirus, which prohibits events with more than 100 participants. The resolution on the appropriation of profits and the dividend payment will be postponed accordingly.
Isra Vision's share price has increased significantly in recent months when the intention by Atlas Copco to take over the company was announced. Isra Vision and the Swedish company Atlas Copco are entering into a strategic partnership that will result in the acquisition of Isra by the Swedes. It is also part of the succession plan of company founder and CEO Enis Ersü, who will remain at the helm for the time being.
