Indus Engineering segment increases incoming orders
In the 2025 financial year, the export-oriented Engineering segment of Indus Holding generated sales of EUR 583 million, slightly below the previous year (EUR 596.7 million)

Following a strong fourth quarter, the segment result (adjusted EBITA) amounted to EUR 53.7 million (previous year: EUR 57.7 million). Incoming orders rose by 26.9% to EUR 667.3 million, primarily due to long-term plant construction projects.
With its "Empowering Mittelstand" strategy, Indus is focusing on acquisitions, internationalization and technical expertise. In 2025, hbs with its US subsidiary Sunbelt and the US precision metal fabricator Metfab were acquired, expanding the portfolio of Köster and Mbraun. Pro Video and the Italian biodecontamination specialist Amira were added at the beginning of 2026.
In the Measuring, Surveillance & Media Technology segment, m+p was integrated into the Ipetronik Group in order to combine software and IoT expertise with testing and measurement technology. Indus expects business to pick up slightly in 2026.
