Image sensor technology with new technology

With an innovative image sensor architecture that eliminates the need for traditional color filters, Eyeo dramatically increases light sensitivity and image quality. This technology is based on vertical light guides that efficiently utilize all incident light and triple sensitivity compared to existing technologies. This significantly improves performance in low-light conditions and enables more compact sensors for applications such as smartphones, robotics, and AR/VR devices.

Eyeo plans to use the funds to develop evaluation kits, prepare for mass production, and expand commercial partnerships. The first kits are expected to be available in two years. Eyeo is based in Eindhoven and works closely with leading image sensor manufacturers to bring its technology to market.
