IDS offers a 3-year voluntary manufacturer's warranty for industrial cameras
This includes models from the uEye, uEye+, uEye Live, uEye EVS, uEye 3D and IDS NXT series, which were purchased directly or via authorized partners

The warranty is aimed at business customers and supplements the statutory warranty. In the event of material or manufacturing defects within 36 months, IDS offers free repairs, replacement deliveries or purchase price refunds. An extension of the warranty to up to 5 years is possible for a fee.
