Hilscher is a partner of the CIIT research center

Together with the German Industrial IT Center (CIIT), Hilscher has entered into a strategic partnership in Germany's first science-to-business center for industrial automation. The company will set up a new location with three employees in Lemgo, North Rhine-Westphalia. The start of the cooperation between CIIT and Hilscher is planned for the middle of the year.

As part of the partnership with the CIIT, Hilscher will make his competence in secure industrial communication technology and system automation available to the CIIT and benefit from synergies through the direct proximity to customers, end users and talents of the TH OWL. The SmartFactoryOWL, a joint real laboratory of the Fraunhofer IOSB-INA and the TH OWL, also offers extensive possibilities for real technology application as well as for checking and displaying project results.

Hilscher is also looking forward to new collaborations and innovations through the direct line to competitors, who are also partners of the CIIT and are researching new products and solutions in the SmartfactoryOWL in order to work together on the digital factory of the future.
