Flir enters into business and technology partnership with UE Systems

The agreement enables UE Systems and Flir to scale their ultrasound imaging solutions for the manufacturing, energy and manufacturing industries.

Flir and UE Systems have announced a business and technology partnership to provide condition-based maintenance solutions to industrial customers. UE Systems and Flir will operate together worldwide and offer ultrasonic technology for condition monitoring applications in many industrial segments, to which both companies contribute their extensive expertise in the areas of production safety and energy saving.

The technology and business partnership initially includes the Si2 series acoustic cameras as an industrial-grade solution for critical inspections in the manufacturing, electrical, processing and energy supply industries. The cooperation opens up further opportunities for Flir and UE Systems to collaborate on industrial maintenance projects in which the respective priorities of both companies complement each other.
