Dr. Marc Lünnemann new CEO at Instrument Systems

Lünnemann took up the position on January 1, 2026 and brings with him over 20 years of international experience in the lighting, automotive and display industries.

He has held various management roles, including CEO of Osram OLED GmbH, Docter Optics SE and Novaled GmbH, and has worked in the USA, China, Korea and other international markets. Dr. Lünnemann holds an Executive MBA and a PhD in physics with a focus on light, optics and solid state physics.

His expertise includes strategy, organizational and business development as well as portfolio and M&A management. Dr. Yuta Yamanoi, Managing Director of Instrument Systems, welcomes Dr. Lünnemann as an experienced technology expert who will use his strategic strength to shape the future of the company. Dr. Lünnemann aims to further drive innovation and growth.
