Delta plans sustainable headquarters in the Netherlands
With a floor space of 9,300 square meters, the building is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026 and will provide space for over 350 employees.

Delta announces the construction of a new regional headquarters in Hoofddorp, Netherlands. The state-of-the-art facility in Park 20|20 will aim for net-zero energy and receive BREEAM Outstanding certification for sustainable construction.
The mayor of Haarlemmermeer and the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency welcome the expansion, which is in line with the region's goals. The building will showcase Delta's innovative technologies and promote employee well-being through an advanced climate deck system. The sustainability of the design is supported by solar panels and a geothermal heat pump system. This project strengthens Delta's position as a leading provider of energy-efficient solutions in the region.
