Critical Manufacturing acquires Convanit

Critical Manufacturing, a provider of MES solutions, has acquired Convanit, a company specializing in AI-powered image analysis in high-tech manufacturing.

This acquisition expands Critical Manufacturing's data platform, enabling customers to leverage visual AI to increase the precision and automation of their processes. Convanit's flagship product, c-Alice, provides an image classification engine that enables manufacturing companies to quickly create and deploy custom AI models for visual inspection.
