Change of managing director at Laser 2000

Andreas Börner is the new managing director of the photonics specialist Laser 2000. Interim managing director Ronald Bartel, from Laser 2000 investor Gimv, has retired to the advisory board, which he now leads as chairman.

Börner holds a master's degree in photonics and has more than ten years of professional experience in the development and sales of laser systems, which gives him insights into a wide range of applications from semiconductor production to fusion research. He also has international experience in market development for industrial and scientific applications.
