For the second year in a row, the LogiMAT Campus is opening its doors to young and skilled professionals in intralogistics. Against the backdrop of a cross-industry shortage of skilled workers, which according to the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK) affects 43 percent of companies, the event on March 13, 2025 at the Stuttgart Exhibition Center offers a valuable platform for career opportunities and networking. Daniela Komolafe from Konecranes emphasizes the need for creative solutions to attract skilled workers. Companies like Miebach Consulting rely on a wide range of recruiting tools, including social media and university events.

Young applicants have high expectations of employers: flexibility, appreciation and health promotion are in focus. With the optimized concept of LogiMAT Campus 2025, according to exhibition director Michael Ruchty, a significant event is expected that will expand the exhibitors' recruiting tools and build a bridge into the logistics industry.
