Axelera AI and Syslogic enter into partnership

Axelera AI, a Dutch chip manufacturer, develops AI accelerators for inference applications, while Syslogic produces robust edge computers. The collaboration opens up new possibilities in demanding environments. Axelera's Metis AI Processing Unit is based on a digital-in-memory computing architecture and offers a good performance-per-watt ratio. By integrating the Metis M.2 modules, Syslogic is expanding its range of X86-based AI platforms.

Axelera's M.2 AI accelerators can be seamlessly integrated into Syslogic embedded computers based on the Intel Core i platform. These robust systems are suitable for applications such as AI-based object recognition and predictive maintenance.
