The company achieved a free cash flow of 144 million euros and reached the savings target of the 'Re-establish the Base' program one year early. For the full year 2025, Ams Osram recorded sales of EUR 3.323 billion with growth of 7 percent in the core semiconductor business.

Strategically, the company is planning a partial buyback of the 2027 convertible bond and the sale of the non-optical sensor business to Infineon. The pro forma leverage ratio was reduced to 2.5. The new 'Simplify' transformation program aims to achieve annual savings of EUR 200 million by 2028, affecting around 2,000 employees.

For the first quarter of 2026, Ams Osram expects sales of EUR 760 million and an adjusted EBITDA margin of 15 percent. The 2026 financial year will be characterized by divestments and a weaker US dollar.
