AIA CVP exams at VISION 2014

The AIA CVP program is designed to demonstrate an individual's capabilities and highlight their knowledge base within their company and industry. The CVP Basis classes are all taught in English. Experienced vision professionals may take the CVP-Basic exam during VISION 2014. With a passing grade, individuals will receive certification credentials. Advance registration is required.

Exams will take place Thursday, November 6th at 5:00 - 6:00 pm at the Messe Stuttgart International Congress Center (ICS).

The CVP-Basis exam is one hour and covers the topics 'The Fundamentals of Machine Vision', 'Fundamentals of Camera & Image Sensor Technology', 'Beginning Optics for Vision', 'Beginning Lighting for Vision', 'Image Processing Fundamentals'.

8:00 am - 8:30 am - Registration
8:30 am - 10:30 am - The Fundamentals of Machine Vision - Part One
10:30 am - 10:45 am - Break
10:45 am - 12:45 pm - The Fundamentals of Machine Vision - Part Two
12:45 pm - 1:45 pm - Lunch Break (on your own)
1:45 pm - 3:15 pm - Fundamentals of Camera & Image Sensor Technology - Part One
3:15 pm - 3:30 pm - Break
3:30 pm - 5:00 pm - Fundamentals of Camera & Image Sensor Technology - Part Two
